Kitchen Exhaust Fans & Controls

Our Kitchen Exhaust Fans and Controls deliver powerful and efficient ventilation for commercial kitchens. They actively remove smoke, heat, and grease to keep the workspace clean, cool, and safe. Smart control systems optimize performance, while robust construction ensures quiet operation, energy efficiency, and long-lasting reliability.

BCVR BACKWARD INCLINED UTILITY SET, KITCHEN EXHAUST

The BCVR is a backward inclined utility set that is UL 762 listed for the exhaust of grease-laden air and is intended to supply and exhaust air in hospitals, hotels, schools, fume hoods, etc.

With both steel and aluminium impellers, the BCVR is built to AMCA’s Class L, Class I, and Class II specifications. The standard coating for fan housings is a powder coat. For outdoor applications, weather covers are also available to protect the motor and drives.

Single Inlet Centrifugal Fans With Forward - Backward Curved Blades

Our Single Inlet Centrifugal Fans are built to last and work better than other fans when it comes to moving air. They have blades that curve both forward and backward, which makes them very efficient, quiet, and good at controlling pressure in a wide range of ventilation and air-handling situations.

These fans are great for commercial kitchens, industrial exhaust systems, and HVAC systems that need to keep the air moving steadily and use less energy. In addition, their small size and precisely balanced impellers make sure that they run smoothly and last a long time.

There are a few important things that set these fans apart from others in this range:

  • Exceptional structural strength and a compact, space-saving design suitable for diverse applications.
  • High efficiency combined with low power consumption, ensuring optimal performance with minimal energy use.
  • Quiet and stable operation, maintaining consistent airflow with reduced vibration and noise levels.
  • Performance data tested according to DIN 24166 standards, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance with international quality benchmarks.

Single Inlet Centrifugal Fans are commonly used in systems that move air, like ventilation and exhaust. They work best in commercial kitchens, HVAC units, and factories where constant airflow and efficient pressure control are needed. Also, their small size makes them easy to fit into tight spaces.

Forward curved blades are designed to move large volumes of air at lower pressure, making them ideal for applications requiring gentle airflow. Backward curved blades, on the other hand, provide more pressure and work better, which is better for heavy-duty or high-resistance ventilation systems. Consequently, the combination of both types ensures flexibility and performance across a wide range of uses.

These fans are engineered to deliver high efficiency while consuming minimal power. Compared to conventional fans, they can move the same volume of air using less energy. As a result, operating costs are reduced, and long-term energy savings are achieved without compromising performance.

Yes, the fans are made to work quietly and smoothly. Precision-balanced impellers reduce vibration and noise when used continuously. The aerodynamic blade design also cuts down on turbulence, making the airflow experience calm and steady.

Absolutely. Each fan in this range is tested according to DIN 24166 accuracy class to ensure reliability and consistent performance. Therefore, users can rely on these fans for compliance with international air-handling and ventilation quality standards.
