METALLIC FILTERS
- Consists of multiple layers of pleated metal wire mesh formed into a compact maze of dirt catching surfaces creating an effective dust holding barrier for dust laden particles
- Media is available in galvanized steel, stainless steel and Aluminum construction
- The filter frame is made of sturdy galvanized steel / Stainless steel / Aluminum
- The Multi layered media is held in place by expanded metal mesh grid on both the air inlet and air outlet sides

- Deeper pleats result in longer filter life and more time between change-outs.

CCRV
- Utilizes a micro-granulate adsorbent carbon media embedded between two non-woven synthetic layers in close mini pleated construction
- Corrosion-free, non-metal construction (ABS plastic frame)

- Uses 60% CTC activated carbon Micro Granules.
- Deeper pleats result in longer filter life and more time between change-outs.

Canister Carbon Fliters
- The Canister Carbon Filter consists of multiple individual canisters in metal or plastic execution, assembled into a galvanized
Sheet metal holding frame to fit standard dimension filter sections in air handling units. Canisters come factory-ready for installation. No special tools are needed to replace a canister. - Canister™️ is factory pre-filled with user-specific chemical media. Each canister is vibration filled to ensure that the media is uniformly packed. Each canister is then plastic bagged and carton packed
- Canisters™️ can be filled with a wide range of gas-specific media or custom blends. These include standard Carb™️ media or impregnated Carb™️ media, Oxidant™️ and Blend™️.
Cassette Carbon Filters
The Cassette Medium Duty is constructed from High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) and comes pre-filled with Chemical Media. High technology design tools were employed to validate the design and confirm better performance.
